SaskTel will accept device battery chargers and accessories however these do not increase the value of your order. Customers are responsible for cancelling any network contract linked to each mobile device. SaskTel is not responsible for any call costs arising before, or after, SaskTel receipt of your mobile device, or arising from any other circumstances whatsoever. Please ensure you remove your SIM card before giving SaskTel your mobile device. SaskTel accepts no liability in the event that a SIM card is included with a mobile device and charges are then incurred. You will continue to be responsible for such charges. Any SIM cards received by SaskTel with your mobile device will not be returned and SaskTel will destroy them. You agree to release SaskTel from all and any claims, losses or damages with respect to any data stored or contained in the mobile device or on any media used in conjunction with the mobile device (whether in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). SaskTel accepts no responsibility nor liability for and in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is your responsibility to ensure that such data is removed from the mobile device prior to you handing it over to SaskTel. You shall be responsible for keeping an independent back-up of all data stored or contained in the mobile device prior to you handing it over to SaskTel and SaskTel shall not be held responsible nor liable for the loss of such data after you hand the mobile device over to SaskTel. If any personal information/personal data is contained in the mobile device which has not been deleted when SaskTel receives it, SaskTel will delete any such personal information/personal data and SaskTel shall not be held responsible nor liable for such deletion.
